Current Resident

I moved all the way from Oregon and I couldn't have picked a better place to call home! Clean, beautiful, and I ALWAYS feel safe. I almost always get parking right in front of my apartment. Absolutely love Boca Arbor Club. The staff is great too. My only complaint was move in day, our apartment had a few unfinished things inside, but we let the maintenance guy know and everything was fixed right away. I can't wait to have family visit to show them the beautiful complex!

I've just recently moved and I couldn't be happier! The staff is so friendly and maintenance is prompt when needed. The groups are so beautiful! I honestly love coming home every day! I'll definitely renew my lease!

Great apartment at great location!

Really love the apartment! I have lived in multiple apartments over the years and can honestly say this is the best yet. Feels more like home than any other place I have lived. The staff has been most helpful and the maintenance crew has been quick and efficient with any repairs that were needed. The landscaping is really nice and the noise level has been virtually non existent. If you are looking for a nice place to live, you should definitely check this place out.

Great place!!

We just moved in a few weeks ago and are so impressed with the excellent service and attention that we have received from maintenance and management! After being a homeowner for many years it is wonderful to find a lovely community that is so well kept and treats their residents with an extraordinary amount of attention to their needs!

My first year

Wonderful place to call home Office staff and maintenance crew could not be more responsive to my needs- Lou is a master of getting a job done either on his own or guiding his guys to satisfy the tenant. The ONLY negative aspect is the trash charge. I never use the concierge service and I Know it is used as an add on to boost revenue. Please either make it an option or find another way to increased revenue It is an insulting tactic to increased rent.

Very happy

Had to move in a hurry last november, they were helpful and got me moved in within a week... Maintenance is great, property is well maintained, no noise from neighbors, very happy.

Great place to live

I have had such a great experience with Boca Arbor Club, their staff is always there when you're in need of something, if you're in need of maintenance they will come attend your needs right away! Nothing but great things to say about this community!

Great Place to Live

It's a great place to live. The community is well kept and maintained. It's central to the 95 and the turnpike; close to the mall, supermarket and retail stores. The staff is friendly and the maintenance crew is one of the best I've experienced.

The complex is in a great location near restaurants, Malls, Approx. 5 miles to beach. They just upgraded the pool area with all new lounge chairs and tables. It is pet friendly and community oriented with several events to help bring people feel welcome. The staff is very helpful, Maintenance will do whatever they can to fix issues and make you feel comfortable.

Our apartment is located in a great community, it was recently renovated and everything looks absolutely amazing, the neighbors are friendly and most of them have children and pets. It is also great located, the area is very calm but close to all the things we need and has a magnificent view to a small lake (with ducks and everything!)and of course a beautiful pool, where we can even work while the kids swim because it has wifi.

I love living here! I just wish Maintenence didn't have to be called so often and that these small things were checked before moving in. It makes their jobs a lot harder especially when I would rather be in the apartment when they are there.

We really enjoy living at Boca Arbor Club Apartments. The grounds are kept beautifully and the pool, grill area and gym are very nice amenities.. We never have any trouble finding a parking space and the new parking sticker program works well to keep only registered cars parked in the development. Our apartment is nice and maintenance responds quickly. Basically the only major complaint I have is that the washer and dryer are too small and should not be located in the main living area.

Absolutely love this place! Eveything is so nice and cozy. I have been living here for a year and probably a few more to come. I never had any problems and if I did the office would handle the next day. The only thing I really dislike is having to pay for Valet trash disposal.
